Toy Collector

Months ago when Sarah Graves was fascinated by Frozen, I helped her search on YouTube for videos related to it.  We found a huge assortment of videos, but her favorite were these where a lady uses the princess barbie type dolls to act out little stories about the princesses.  Many of them involve Anna and Elsa from Frozen, but the stories are more about everyday life.  Anna and Kristoff are married and have children and Elsa is their aunt, etc.  She just adores watching these!  We have had to enforce some limits on her time spent doing this because she would do it all day.
The same person also does these detailed demonstrations of different Disney and Barbie toys.  This has educated Sarah Graves all about Barbie toys and she has lots of ideas about which ones she would love to have!  The Barbie camper and cruise ship are two at the top of her list as well as the Barbie babysitter and gymnastics teacher sets!  Santa already has a growing list at our house!
We were recently out shopping and while I shopped for myself, Aaron took the kids in Toys R Us to browse.  Sarah Graves honed in on a Barbie camping set that she saw a demo of and liked.  We decided to let them each have a toy (kind of rare for us, but we were all enjoying our day) and she picked the camp set.

I still can't figure out why a grown woman would make videos about toys for kids, but they sure have sparked SG's imagination and shown her how fun Barbie can be
